I moved to another device and something I purchased is not there

When you install a fresh version of a game, all purchases you made before that are elegible will be restored automatically.

Only items that cannot be spent or "consumed" in the game are elegible. That means that items like premium versions of the game or removing ads will be restored, but not things like coins or extra lives.

Since purchases are linked to the Google account you made them with, you need to make sure that you are using the same account.

Please follow these steps if you have problems:

  1. Uninstall the game.
  2. Open the Play Store and make sure you are logged in with the right account.
  3. (optional) Restart your device.
  4. Install the game again from the Play Store.
  5. Open the game and wait a few seconds.
